Section 6.1 — Financing

The work of the Registry shall be financed by legislative appropriations made through the national budget, except that this provision shall not be interpreted to preclude the Registry from seeking or accepting assistance, donations and/or grants from other persons or institutions. All financial requests of the Registry shall first be duly approved by the Board of Registrars.
