Section 10.2 — Institutional Access

Access to biometric information by public and private institutions or any person other than the one to whom the information relates shall be in accordance with protocols and rules to be established by the NIR and published by the NIR; provided that agencies of the Government may at any time be granted access to specified biometric information upon the production of a warrant or court order that specifies the information to be accessed.
